The main aim of the Land Registry and Cadastre Operations course is to explain the basic principles of our land registry system and cadastral law.

3To be able to comprehend the functioning of the deed office from the institutions implementing the Civil Code

5To have a general idea about the structure of the land registry organization and cadastral organization

Course Contents
Introduction, history and definitions, types of land registration, steps land registration operations in Turkey. Map work and the historical development of the cadastre in Turkey. Cadastral studies, cadastral purchase methods, land registry errors and fix roads, underground facilities, cadastre, cadastre of contemporary developments, cadastre re-regulation, cadastre issues, cadastre maps photogrammetry method and the NGO intake, expropriation, nationalization, expropriation where land acquisition, expropriation method.
