Course Contents |
Introduction, history and definitions, types of land registration, steps land registration operations in Turkey. Map work and the historical development of the cadastre in Turkey. Cadastral studies, cadastral purchase methods, land registry errors and fix roads, underground facilities, cadastre, cadastre of contemporary developments, cadastre re-regulation, cadastre issues, cadastre maps photogrammetry method and the NGO intake, expropriation, nationalization, expropriation where land acquisition, expropriation method. |
