Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course; Quality Concept, Quality Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO 9000 standard, TQM and Its Relationship to Human Resource Management, TQM Implementation of TQM in the future and to provide descriptive information about problems and solutions in TQM practices in Turkey.
