Objectives of the Course
The main purpose of the course is to teach students the legal rules that regulate administration and administrative activities. While doing this, the main focus will be on the administrative structure and administrative law legislation of the Republic of Turkey. Administrative law course is of great importance as it is the course in which students learn in detail the norms governing public administration. Depending on this importance, the course will be presented to the student, including sample cases and information on practice.
