Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to the help the students to understand fundamental Human resources management functions and principles of development; candidate discovery, selection and placement processes, personnel planning and evaluation of the functioning of the process, job analysis, job design, work study and activities, career concepts and career management process, training planning, implementation and evaluation of the functioning of processes; information on complaints and disciplinary functions and organization of the working relationship to be provided from the owner.
