Objectives of the Course
In this course it is aimed to provide competence in the recognition of raw material preparation machines, seperation machines, mixing machines, heat process machinery and equipments, size reduction machines and packages and packaging systems.

An overview of the food industry,Transport and transmission arrangements, Sieves and classification machines, Filters, centrifuges, Mixers for solid and liquid foods, Homogenizers, Orbital and plate heat exchangers, evaporators, Dryer systems, mills, Presses, cutting, proportioning machines, packaging machines.
