Objectives of the Course
Establishing a number system, natural numbers, operations on natural numbers, numbers with different bases, integers, multipliers and its multiples, divisibility rules, LMIC and EBOB concepts and applications; ratio, proportion concepts and its applications; real numbers, exponential and radical multiplicities, fractions, decimal notations, percentages; rational and irrational numbers; teaching of sets and basic concepts about sets (lesson content arrangement—using appropriate teaching materials and strategies, etc.); student knowledge about these subjects (understanding and interpreting student ideas about concepts, student difficulties, mistakes, concept knowing their mistakes and their reasons); the relationship of these subjects with daily life and other lessons.
