The general aim of this course is; grasping the individuals with their delicacy and depth; To show that the Turkish language is a rich, rooted and productive language; to awaken the love of language and consciousness; gain the pleasure and habit of reading; To adopt the basic values ​​of Turkish society; To develop the thinking and communication skills of individuals.

Course Contents
Expression concept. Ways of improving thought. Expression forms. General features of reading, listening, speaking and writing. Oral expression and oral expression types. Written expression and written expression types.

4 Objective-subjective, direct-indirect, straight and metaphorical expression
5 Explaining the basic features of reading, listening, speaking and writing which are the four main activities of language and discussing the types of language.
6 Speaking: Comprehending the importance of effective and beautiful speaking, adopting the characteristics of a good speaker.
7 Types of speeches: Explaining the types of speeches such as conferences, panels, seminars, open sessions, debates.

9Written expression: The choice of topic, limitation of the subject, determination of main and sub-ideas, and planning stages such as planning.
10 Written expression types: Article, paragraph, criticism, essay, interview, interview, trip, memoir, biography, autobiography, such as the samples of the value of thought to be revealed with examples.
11Types of written expression-II: To give information about poems, novels, stories, theaters, etc. Explanation of the development of poetry type in Turkish literature
