Objectives of the Course
The punishment conception under the Islamic law, different divisions of punishments, advancing the proof of crimes, underlining the principles such as benefiting from doubt. Introducing the general aspects of the Islamic law of obligations. The elaboration of the essentials of the Islamic procedure law, putting emphasis on the principles surrounding the Islamic law of obligations, formalism of the contracts, the relationship between declaration of intention and utterance. The religious and ethical principles in the Islamic law of obligations (judicial and religious aspects). The approach of the Islamic law to interest and discussions surrounding the interest disease, modern transactions that bear the risk of suspicion of interest. The elucidation of the provisions that the issues such as property-person relation, goods and property concepts, the rights of easement are subject to under the Islamic law.
