Objectives of the Course
To provide a general notion about Islamic legal methodology, to obtain basic knowledge about the Sharia, the Sharia provisions, the methods of judgment from the Sharia, the objectives of the Sharia, the case law and the related concepts.

1Have knowledge about the functions and importance of the method of fiqh in the formation of Islamic culture and civilization.
2Knows the definitions of basic terms of Sharia provisions in Islamic legal culture.
3Have knowledge about how the Shari'i provisions are removed in Islamic legal culture.
4Gains a notion about whether the views and evaluations of religious issues have a scientific value.
5Have a methodology to produce scientific information and solutions in the solution of the fiqh problems encountered today.

Course Contents
The course focuses on the methodology, philosophy, sources of law and jurisprudence of Islamic Law.

1Definition, nature, subject and purpose of fiqh methodology
2Methodology of Fiqh and its methods
3The sources of Islamic law, the concept of resource, the introduction of sources. The first source of information about the Quran, the value of evidence, contemporary discussions.
4The second main source of Islamic law, circumcision, nature, parts, value of evidence, legal nature, contemporary discussions
5As the third source of Islamic law; İcma and it's nature, parts, value of evidence, legal nature and contemporary discussions
6As the fourth source of Islamic law; Qiyas and its comparative nature, parts, value of evidence, its legal significance as a dynamic basis of the universality of Islamic law, its functionality and its contribution to the solution of contemporary problems.
7"İstihsan", "istislah", "istishab", "sedd-i zerai", "şeru men kablena", "örf".

9Definition of the concept of judgment in Islamic law and the importance of knowing it.
10Parts of the Sharia judgment: judgment of Tklifî and judgment of Vadî, Farz, vacip, mendup, haram, mekruh, mübah, azimet, ruhsat. Rukün, şart, illet, sebep, mani, emare.
11Ruler of Judiciary (Judge): Who is called the law slippery? The will of God. The role and role of human mind in the determination of religious provisions.
12Subject of Sharia: The nature of the behaviors to which the taxpayer is addressed and the relevant conditions
13Interlocutor: The theory of the driving license, its nature and its parts.
14Causes of disabled driving license (driver's license): Heavenly faults - legal faults and their effects and their effects
15Theory of Rights: Nature and its parts. The right of Allah (public rights) and the right to use (person rights). Legal consequences of these.
