Objectives of the Course
To provide a general notion about Islamic legal methodology, to obtain basic knowledge about the Sharia, the Sharia provisions, the methods of judgment from the Sharia, the objectives of the Sharia, the case law and the related concepts.

Learning Outcomes
1Will acquire knowledge about the importance of functions of jurisprudence methodology in the development of Islamic culture and civilization.
2Will know the meaning of basic canonical expressions in Islamic jurisprudence
3Will attain knowledge on the concept of canonical evidence and its types in Islamic jurisprudence
4Will acquire comprehensive knowledge on how canonical provisions are derived in Islamic jurisprudence.
5Will acquire the skills to judge whether arguments and assessments have scientific validity in religious matters
6Will be equipped with scientific knowledge and methodology to construct solutions to today’s problems pertaining to jurisprudence
7The Holy Quran and the Prophet. Have a methodology accumulation that can correctly understand the message reported in the Sunnah of the Prophet (s).

1The subject of the science of fiqh methodology, comparison of fiqh and fiqh methods in various aspects and the general knowledge about the importance of these sciences in Islamic culture.
2Genesis, development and introduction of basic literature, general knowledge about the concepts of Sharia evidence and Sharia.
3Provisions and Sections of Shares I, Proposal
4Sharia Provisions II, Vazi provisions and parts
5Information about the Holy Quran in terms of the evidence of Sharia.
6Sunnah and hadith types in terms of their characteristics
7Book and Sunnah judgment methods I, the effects of the sentence in Arabic terms in terms of general information about the classification of the lafizlarla and general information about the terms, terms, orders, river, absolute, comparative in terms of the method of fiqh procedure.

9Book and Sunnah judgment methods II, General (amm) and common words about the nature, scope, provision and information about the concept of allocation.
10Book and Sunnah judgment methods III, the use of Lafiz, types of openness and closeness and information about the forms of proof; inter-proof tear-free images and methods of their removal.

12The importance and importance of Islamic legal culture.
