Objectives of the Course

To introduce the student about messages of hadiths and content, and basic hadith collections. To help the students about findinf a hadith in a bacis source and to improve the students' ability to interpret using the classical and modern methods.

Learning Outcomes

1	Gains the basic knowledge, notions, views and historical periods in the classical islamic sciences.
2	Utilizes the main Islamic sources, and reaches effective conclusions that could be valid for modern times.
3	Knows the Turkish and Islamic history and acquires the conciousness of civilisation
4	Develops the abilities in the fields of Islamic literature and arts
5	Could use Arabic and a western language at a level that enables the student to use required textual material. (“European Language Portfolio Global Scale”, Level B1)

Course Contents

Human and social issues are discussed in detail in the text of the hadith. Human relations in the light of Hadith / Sunnah. The importance of the family and justice. At least once to see all the main hadith texts, reading certain parts of them, and also provide the opportunity to recognize authors of its.
