1Defines islamic law procedure, explains the difference between Islamic law and procedure.
2Informs about the book and sunnah and explains their features being evidence
3Explain the nature of the evidences such as consensus and analogy
4Express the place concepts of maslahat, customs, istihsan in contemporary Islamic law thought
5Express differences of opinion between jurists about whether other canonical source can be evidence or not

Course Contents
In this course, information will be given about the definition of Islamic law procedure, appearance, the basic procedure works written in the field of Islamic law procedure, the book, Sunnah, consensus, analogy and other canonical sources.

13The laws of previous nations, Expression of Companions and istishab.
