Course Contents
History of Islamic Law and historical periods of Islamic law (the period of the Prophet, the period of the Companions, the Tabi'in, the Mujtahid Imams and the Ottoman period) will be discussed in detail. Information will be given about Living and Non-Living Fiqh madhabs (Sects). Personal Law Will Be Processed Family Law (Marriage and Its Consequences) Will Be Processed
