Objectives of the Course
Within the scope of providing the general notion of fiqh, the aim is to obtain general information about contract theory and debt relations in Islamic Law, and Islamic financial law.

Course Contents
This course includes general information about contract theory and debt relations in Islamic Law, and Islamic financial law.

2General information about legal transactions and contract concepts, elements of the contract, information about the terms of termination and health conditions, the concepts of soundness, corruption and nullity.
3The understanding and scope of freedom of contract in Islamic law, the classification of contracts from various aspects and the purposes of making contracts.
4Necessity and extinguishment conditions of the contract; Classification of contracts in terms of necessity (binding), the concepts of necessary contract, permissible contract, information about the concepts of nafiz contract, mevkuf contract and superfluous (unauthorized representative), contracts in terms of trust and compensation.

9General information about Islamic financial law, introduction of the Islamic tax and land system in its historical course, and general information about financial worship.
