Objectives of the Course

Within the scope of providing the general notion of fiqh, the aim is to obtain general information about contract theory and debt relations in Islamic Law, and Islamic financial law.

Course Contents

This course includes general information about contract theory and debt relations in Islamic Law, and Islamic financial law.

1	general information of law of obligations and finance law in Islamic law.
2	General information about legal transactions and contract concepts, elements of the contract, information about the terms of termination and health conditions, the concepts of soundness, corruption and nullity.
3	The understanding and scope of freedom of contract in Islamic law, the classification of contracts from various aspects and the purposes of making contracts.
4	Necessity and extinguishment conditions of the contract; Classification of contracts in terms of necessity (binding), the concepts of necessary contract, permissible contract, information about the concepts of nafiz contract, mevkuf contract and superfluous (unauthorized representative), contracts in terms of trust and compensation.

6	Some transactions within the scope of sales contract, loan contract and interest.
7	Ijarah (lease), loan, trust, grant and foundation transactions.
8	Transactions for partnership purposes in Islamic law, the concept of company, types of companies, Mudaraba (labour-capital partnerships) and similar transactions.
9	General information about Islamic financial law, introduction of the Islamic tax and land system in its historical course, and general information about financial worship.
10	General information about zakat and financial issues in Islam I.

12	General information about Islamic inheritance law and the characteristic features of Islamic inheritance law.
13	Basic concepts of Islamic inheritance law and principles of distribution of inheritance I.
