Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to develop students' knowledge on general economic history, Turkish States' (old and new era) social, political, economical policy applications and history of civilization.

Origin of economic history, relationships with other sciences, fundamentals of Turkish economic history, fundamentals of Ottoman economy, social structure, central treasury accounts, origins of the budget revenues, expenditures, Tımar and trust systems, production, transportation and trade systems, monetary and fiscal systems, councils of shopkeepers, priced by authority, labor and social security systems.
