Course Contents
Basic laboratory techniques and lab safety. Microscopes, the structure and uses of a compound microscope. Osmosis and diffusion. Observation of plant and animal cells and cell structures. Cell divisions and their stages. Observation of animal and plant tissues. Phases of plant development and dissection of a flowering plant.
