Objectives of the Course
To give general information about the management of construction projects. To ensure that the necessary information (discovery, tender, work schedule, progress payment, etc.) is learned and reinforced during the formation and development of the project. To raise awareness about duties and responsibilities in the process from the design of construction projects to the realization phase.
