Objectives of the Course |
Mathematics is of essential importance for food engineering students not only to provide the tools for the other courses but also to give the ability of systematic and analytic approach to the problems. During the course, the students learn fundamental mathematical concepts and methods. The methods are applied to carefully select technical problems in the food engineering area. The students are aimed to gain a powerful tool as well as a permanent analytic character to the problem solution. |
