To teach students the basic concepts of sports training and to provide them with basic information on creating training plans suitable for age groups.

Course Contents
Definition of training, purposes, planning principles, types and supercompensation theory. Energy metabolism in sports, loading methods, basic biomotor abilities and their relationships with each other. Definition of the basic features of speed, endurance and strength training and sample training methods. Coordinative skills, altitude training, overtraining, basics of Olympic and annual training planning.
