Objectives of the Course
The aim of this lesson is to enable students to explain the basic concepts and theories of exercise physiology.

Learning Outcomes
1Explains concepts such as cells, tissues, organs and systems that make up the human organism.
2Defines the concepts of work, power and energy consumption.
3Explains aerobic and anaerobic energy metabolisms.
4It refers to the subjects of adaptation to exercise and metabolic responses to exercise in different conditions.
5Explains the nervous, muscular, circulatory, respiratory and endocrine systems and analyzes the relationship of these systems with exercise.
6Explains the post-exercise recovery process and the use of energy resources.
