Objectives of the Course
To teach students the basic principles of customs legislation and basic customs legislation based on the customs law

Learning Outcomes
1Learning the legal and technical terms used in the customs legislation.
2The need for customs procedures to be applied to goods and vehicles only to comply with the conditions specified in the Customs Law
3To learn the customs regimes and to learn the common points and differences of each regime.
4To learn that customs procedures may vary according to goods and regime.
5To be aware of the fact that customs legislation is the field of application of foreign trade transactions and that the customs advisors have an important role in this field.
