To create awareness and to have knowledge about how to create a HRM system that will ensure the highest level of benefit by managing human resources in organizations, institutions and organizations in the most effective and efficient way.

Course Contents
In this lesson, students; to ensure the management of human resources; information will be given on topics such as job analysis, human resources planning, staffing, selection, recruitment, career planning, remuneration, rewarding, developments in HRM and problems. Technical applications and studies on all processes of HRM are also included in the content of the this course.
