Objectives of the Course
By showing a conceptual view of the phenomenon of public policy, shows all the processes for the creation of public policy and the actors who play a role in this process.

5Examines the reasons for the emergence of public policy problems, makes comparative analysis, discusses, gains the ability to report the results of the analysis.
