Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course, the initial provisions of the Civil Code; In addition to the in-depth analysis of the concept of right, the application of the sources of civil law in terms of place, time and meaning, subjective and objective goodwill rules, the concept of person and personality, real and legal persons, rights and legal capacity, protection of personality, name, name, residence and kinship, personal status, is aimed to be examined in detail.
