Urban phenomenon, urbanization, urban theories, housing, slums, housing policy, overnight credit policy, urban, coastal, disasters and environmental policy, urban planning, land speculation, land development and environmental issues, world and in Turkey in urbanization policies, development, urban problems and to generate knowledge about solutions.
