Objectives of the Course |
To enable those graduates who are to take part in public sector to perform their duties in line with legal criteria and principles as well as to develop a consciousness about the rights and obligations of the citizens regarding their relations with the State. Moreover, the course aims to examine the legal relations between the citizens and the State administration which is a technical extension of the executive organ due to the Constitutional principle of the “separation of powers”. |

Course Contents |
By defining the concept of an organic and functional administration, the Turkish administrative structure of the examination; The need to fulfill their public service heard that the administration staff (public employees), goods (public goods), vehicles (administrative işlemler- administrative contracts) are included. |
