Objectives of the Course
The main objective of this course is to provide the students with the basic knowledge about logistics and transportation, legal framework, transportation conventions, contracts and documents in international context.

1Will be able to define the relationships between international sales contracts, international delivery forms and forms of payment and modes of transport.
2Will be able to explain the basic legislation related to logistics and transportation.
3Will be able to analyze international conventions related to transport modes.
4Will be able to explain the responsibilities of the transportation contracts and the parties (transporters and transporters) in the transportation contracts.
5Will be able to define and edit forwarding documents.
