Course Contents |
At the end of the course, students will be able to describe the main drivers and consequences of the globalizing economy, reveal and evaluate the management characteristics of international companies, describe each step in the globalization process of companies, identify the existing problems in the coordination of the activities of international companies, characterize various options for structuring the organization, organizational culture and control of international companies. will be able to evaluate connections such as international mergers and acquisitions, define competitive strategies in international markets and interpret the relevant strategic path and development of the selected branches by testing them according to their usability. |
