Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to investigate history of athleticism, conceptualizes branches of athleticism and performs short and long distance running, aerobic and anaerobic endurance exercises, exercises related to shot put techniques, trainings related to long jump.

Long Distance Running; Middle-distance and Long Distance Running Exercises; Running Techniques; Starting Techniques, Running Distances; Short-Distance Running; Running Techniques; Types of Start; Speed and Durability Exercises; Long Jump; Running, High-Jump, Exercises on Jumping Techniques; Javelin; Teaching techniques, Discus Throw, Discus Throwing Techniques; Teaching Techniques. Hurdle Running, Hurdling Techniques; Rhythm; Sprint; Relay Races, Take-over zone; Triple Jump; Jumping Techniques; Step Rhythm; Jump; Pole Vault; Holding the Pole, Javelin Throw; Rhythm, Throwing Position, Run-Up, Hammer Throwing, Stench Position, Turnings, Technical Exercises.
