Objectives of the Course
In addition to being informed about the psychology of disaster, it is aimed to give information about the services of social workers during natural disasters.

1Knows the history of psychology and explains the basic approaches in psychology.
2Understands the relationship between psychology and other sciences and explains the research methods in psychology
3Explain sensation, perception and related concepts
4Understand the psychology of learning and understand the approaches of Freud and Erikson
5Explain the elements of consciousness and understand the basic principles and approaches of cognitive psychology.
6Knows to give importance to the activities of raising awareness about the preparedness of the society for disasters.
7Conscious about ordering the complexity after natural disasters
