The aim of the course is to guide the students in the process of teaching microbiological techniques as well as to our colleagues in microbiology studies, conducting experiments and interpreting the data

1Knows the subject and parts of general microbiology
2Knows the history of microbiology, classification and naming of microorganisms.
3Comment on microorganisms
4Knows the internal and external environmental factors affecting reproduction in microorganisms
5Knows the genetics of microorganisms
6Makes comments about control of microorganisms by physical and chemical methods.
7In microbiology applications; learn microscope and its usage, measurement of microorganisms, preparation of medium, isolation of microorganisms in the environment and obtaining pure culture and apply various tests
8Will be able to make oral and written presentations
