1To know the general situation of cattle and buffalo farming in the world and in Turkey
2To know the basic characteristics of cattle and buffalo species and to recognize the main breeds in these species
3Having basic knowledge and skills about the management of uremen in these species
4Having basic knowledge and skills about raising calves and young females
5To have basic knowledge and skills about milk structure, milk synthesis, tobacco synthesis, basic knowledge about tobacco production, toilets (milking)
