Objectives of the Course |
Will be able to explain concepts such as friendship, team spirit, group climate, togetherness, sense of unity, sense of being, sense of being a group and sense of belonging; He will also be able to interpret the types of leadership, the formation of norms, and the structural features of norms and changes in stereotypes. Students will be able to apply the knowledge they have learned in the course of their interaction with the small groups they encounter in their daily lives. |

Course Contents |
Basic concepts related to small groups such as group integrity and classification of groups, the impact of the small group on the individual, group structure and process, conceptualization of leadership, social behavior of small groups in explaining social behavior are discussed. In addition, the methods and research techniques used in small groups research, small group theories are given information about the review, small group research includes some examples. |
