Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to give information to the beginners about the basic concepts of law, what the law is and how it should be. The general concepts of law, which will be the subject of examination of the rules such as justice, ideal and equality of law, respect for human rights and state being a state of law, will be tried to be explained in a system under general view of law.

Course Contents
Properties of legal rules and other social order rules; contemporary legal systems; compilation of law and compilation of Turkish law; sanctions and types; public law, private law, mixed law and subdivisions. Turkish positive law and its problems; implementation of law from various perspectives; right; rights ownership and driving license concepts; responsibility and responsibility.
