Objectives of the Course
This course aims to enhance the prospective teachers? point of views regarding how to design, develop and conduct foreign and second language education to primary level learners by focusing on second language teaching methods and principles.

1Students identify the biological, physiological and psychological characteristics of early age language learners (5-12 years) and distinguish the differences between learners in other ages.
2Explains and exemplifies the learning styles and strategies used by the target group.
3Designs and develops learning activities and materials for all language skills.
4Adopt and adapt the learning objectives suitable for primary level language learners.
5Adopt, adapt, develop, and evaluate course materials for language learners at various language and cognitive levels.
6Knows how to apply class management techniques in primary level language learning settings.
7Experience micro-teaching activities designed to practice foreign language learning.
