Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to give information about organization and management theories, the place of these theories in organizational functions, effect of managers on efficiency level, the scope and pioneers of classical and modern theories, current approaches in terms of organization, basic characteristics of organizational structure, strategy, organization and effectiveness, organizational design for the global business world, technology and organizations, organizational culture and moral values, innovation and change.

This course includes Concepts of Organization and Theory, Basics of Organization Theory, Classical and Neoclassical Approaches, Fayol and a View of management, Weber's View of Systems, Development of Organizational Research, Conditional Addiction Theory, Transaction Cost Theory, Agency Theory, Resource Dependency Theory, Human Relations Theory and Communication, Organizational Ecology, Co-evolution, Theoretical Theory, Macro Theoretical Theory , Integrated Organizational Theories, Decision Theory, Social System Theory - Parsons, Organizational Networks, Chaos in Organizational Studies and Theories of Complexity, New Theories General System Theory, Open Systems Approach, Organizational Learning.
