Objectives of the Course
To provide students with information about performance measurement and outcome evaluation terminology, definitions and models in health services and to gain the ability to associate them with management systems.

1Having and applying current theoretical and practical knowledge about the field of health management.
2To gain the ability to understand, analyze and direct the administrative, financial, legal, technical and medical functioning of health institutions.
3To be able to analyze the national and international health system, health planning and policies, health sector with its economic and financial dimensions.
4Having and applying the knowledge and skills to make advanced quantitative and qualitative analyzes in health management.
5Using current scientific methods and techniques in critical and innovative thinking, decision making and problem solving in the problems that arise in the health management process
6To have the ability to follow the changes in the field of health management and to produce solutions specific to the country's health system.
