Objectives of the Course
This course aims to equip the students with the most up-to-date knowledge and skills in project management, and to acquire the qualities qualifications that can lead either public or private healthcare projects and self-confidence.

1Defines the project concept in health and social services and distinguishes common features of the projects.

4Knows the feasibility analysis and risk appraisal in the projects, associates it with project management practices in health and social services.
5Knows project management process and tools, associates it with the application.

This courseincludes project management, project management culture and ethics, leadership in project management, communication, motivation, project organization, project schedule and costs, project management, project culture, project management, project management stages, target audience and stakeholder concepts, project organization feasibility assessment and team work, human resource management, staffing, socialization, wage and performance management, forecasting and measuring project success.
