1 | Student evaluates the methods of nutritional assessment (Anthropometric measurements, clinical signs, biochemical and biophysical methods, dietary intake, health statistics; age related mortality and morbidity) | 2 | Student assess several diets using the 24-hour recall and food frequency questionnaire | 3 | Obtains and evaluates a daily food consumption output using computer programs. | 4 | Knows energy expenditure and physical activity status. | 5 | To be able to identify and interpret health statistics with age-specific mortality and morbidity rates and ecological factors. |
