Objectives of the Course
This courses objective is to learn the detection method of nutritional status in patients and healthy individuals with the concept of community nutrition.

Learning Outcomes
1Student evaluates the methods of nutritional assessment (Anthropometric measurements, clinical signs, biochemical and biophysical methods, dietary intake, health statistics; age related mortality and morbidity)
2Student assess several diets using the 24-hour recall and food frequency questionnaire
3Obtains and evaluates a daily food consumption output using computer programs.
4Knows energy expenditure and physical activity status.
5To be able to identify and interpret health statistics with age-specific mortality and morbidity rates and ecological factors.
