Matter, its properties and measurements, atoms and atomic theory, chemical compounds, chemical reactions, introduction to reactions in aqueous solutions, gases, electrons in atoms, the periodic table and some atomic properties, chemical bonding and bonding theories

2The features and measurements of material, basic laws, measurement systems, metric units, the uncertainty in the calculations and measurements, significant numbers
3The law of conservation of mass ( Lavoisier ), the law of constant proportions, Dalton's atomic theory, the law of multiple proportions, the structure of the atom, atomic mass, the concept of mole.
4Atoms and atomic theory, molecular logic of life, chemical compounds.
5Chemical reactions and stoichiometry.
