Objectives of the Course
To understand the richness of Turkish language, to use correct language in written and spoken environments, the relationship between language and culture to teach the importance of understanding the language, understand the rules that should be considered in correspondence.

1Knows the structural features in Turkish words, and the concepts of suffix-root-stem.
2Understands the functions of suffixes, gives examples.
3Understands the elements of the sentence and the semantic and structural relationship between words.
4Knows the types of sentences, explains the differences between them.
5Detects grammatic mistakes in oral or written expressions and makes necessary changes.
6Explains the concept of essay writing and writes and talks accordingly.
7Knows about the types of expression, identifies them on examples and provides examples of expressions.
8Becomes aware of the details of the types and techniques of narration, describes examples of theoretical knowledge.
9Kowns about opinion essays and writes example opinion essays.
10Knows the different types of verbal expression types and prepares example speeches.
11Expresses his/her opinions and emotions correctly and effectively in written or oral form.
