To make students attain knowledge about Turkish Independence War, Atatürk principles and revolution, Ataturkist thought, the history of Turkey Republic.

Revolution and concepts about revolution, decadence of Ottoman Empire, modernization movements in Ottoman Empire in 19.th century, idea movements intended to save the empire in last period of Ottoman Empire, the situation of Ottoman Empire by 20.th century, the situation of country after Mondros Armistice, the preparation period of National War, opening of Grand National Assembly of Turkey and it’s works, political and military progress after the opening of Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Lozan Peace Pact, it’s importance and consequences.

4Political and military developments before First World War.
5The situation of country after Mondros Armistice, the activities of minority groups and Seperatist Associations.
6Turkish people and associations after Mondros Armistice. Harmful Associations for national existance. National Associations.
7The activities performed in leadership of Atatürk.
8Term examination.
9Opening of the Last Ottoman Representative Assembly and it’s activities.
10Opening of Grand National Assembly of Turkey and it’s works. Opening of the Assembly, it’s works, the features of first Grand National Assembly. Political progress after the opening of Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
11New projects of the Allies on Turkey after Mondros Armistice. Paris Peace Conference, London Conference, San Remo Conference, Sevr Pact.
12Military and political progress. South front-line and engagements with French. East front-line and engagements with Armenians.
13West front-line engagements and political developments.
14Political progress after Sakarya War.
15Lozan Peace Pact, it’s importance and consequences. Developments before pact. Signing the Peace Pact. It’s importance and consequences.
