Basic understanding of the value of sport in athletics training, measures to be taken in promoting the culture of athletics, edit basic education practices in track and field, preparation of teaching-learning process simple educational tools and materials for branches, monitoring of ability children determination and orientation about ,understanding of the role is to coach, school and the family cooperation

Educational value of athletics, the IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations) and 13-15 Age Team Competition program of Children's athletics program, preparation of simple training tool can be used in the teaching-learning tools process, test applications of talent selection and direction, role of coach in schools, clubs, and family cooperation for promote track and field.
