Objectives of the Course
To develop students’ understanding of English grammar and pronunciation, and expand their range of vocabulary. To improve students’ overall ability in basic language skills(reading, writing, listening, speaking). To provide students with the opportunity to master the language skills necessary for their daily and academic purposes.

Course Contents
With sufficient exercises, the targeted grammatical topics are attempted to put into practice. Dialogues are used to consolidate the grammatical topics studied and to see these structures in daily language. With reading passages and vocabulary studies, the topics are handled in a larger scale and students’ reading, writing skills and vocabulary are developed.
