The aim of the lecture is to teach comparative informations about History of Ottoman Empire and Europe. Students are going to write some useful essays for comprehending the historical processes in Europe's History in New Age.

Course Contents
It is going to be evaluated the social, cultural, religious and political events which affected Europe after the introducing to the general situations of Europe in 15th century. It will be examined the impacts of Geographical discoveries upon Europe and the Ottoman Empire. After that Reform Era and its results will be evaluated. It is going to be focused on Political powers of Europe and the relations between the Ottoman Empire of that powers for better understanding the place of the Ottomans in Europe's political affairs.
