Objectives of the Course |
This course aims to evaluate the place and importance of the Chalcolithic Age and Early Bronze Age in human history, the socio-cultural, economic, political and religious development and change of Anatolia in this process. |

Course Contents |
This course examines the general characteristics of the Chalcolithic Age, the development of Anatolia in this process, the emergence of mining activities. It examines in detail the archaeological sites such as Aşağıpınar, Ilıpınar, Hacılar, Can Hasan, Arslantepe, Demircihöyük, Beycesultan in the Chalcolithic Age Anatolia and Thrace and conveys the place of these settlements in the formation of prehistoric times of Anatolia. It presents the importance of the Late Chalcolithic Age in Anatolian history and the major Late Chalcolithic Age settlements in detail. It presents the settlements of this period by examining the innovations and changes that emerged in Anatolia during the Early Bronze Age. |
