Objectives of the Course |
The adoption of Islam by Turks since the early 10th century and the establishment of karahanlılar, gazneliler, and great Seljuk state as first Muslim Turkish states, the victory of Talas war in collaboration with Arabians against china, establishment of Tolunogulları and İhsitler in Egypt and a prominent Turk Islam state’s giving life to such a remote geography as Egypt, the establishment of İtil state as a Muslim state and doubtlessly via Abdulkerim Satuk Bugra Han , Karahanlılar’s acceptation of İlam as their religion, the establishment of gazneli state, expansion of Islam in today’s Pakistan and north India tanks to Sultan Mahmud’ 17 actions against India and the collapse of gazneliler after dandanakan which was very important war in terms of history and establishment of great Seljuk state. Maintenance policy of Turkish is to conquer west. Victory of malazgirt war and Anatolia’s being Turk. The period of Melikşah is taught by aiming to selçuklular’s being the most powerful state in near east. |

Being introduced the Turks’ acceptance of Islam, Talas War, political and military structures of the Turkish states being founded in Egypt and Bulgaria. |
