Objectives of the Course
The course aims to compare and examine the administrative structures of different states, which diverge from each other by their political and administrative organizations, both from a conceptual and practical perspective.

Learning Outcomes
1To obtain basic knowledge on administrative structures of different states with distinct political and administrative organization systems and ways of operations regarding these systems. ;
2To understand the basic differences regarding political, administrative and juridical structures between selected countries through a comparative perspective.;
3To examine the administrative systems of France, USA, England, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Ukraine, Sweden, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil, Nigeria, Egypt, Turkic Republics of Middle Asia, Japan, China, India and Russia.;
4To compare the administrative organizations of those countries mentioned in the book with that of Turkey.
5To be able to evaluate public administration systems through a scientific perspective and with a national as well as an international understanding
