Course Contents
Theoretical framework in trauma counselling (TPC), purpose and principles of TPDC interventions and approaches in TPC. Trauma, vulnerability and risk factors. Protective factors in coping with trauma. Loss, grief and crisis counselling. Psychological assessment in trauma. Post-traumatic evaluation. Traumatised children. Secondary trauma. Ethics in TPC.
